Cleveland is an unincorporated community in Conway County, Arkansas, United States. Cleveland is located on Arkansas Highway 95 north of Morrilton. Cleveland has a post office with ZIP code 72030.〔(ZIP Code Lookup )〕 Cleveland was founded in 1890, named after former President Grover Cleveland. "Downtown" Cleveland consists of the Cleveland Post Office, the Cleveland General Store and Gas Station, the Cleveland Volunteer Fire Department, the Cleveland Community Center, and the Cleveland Cemetery, which is the final resting place for a number of Civil War veterans. Cleveland has a population of 76, as of the 2010 census. The post office is located on the east side of Highway 95, directly across from the Cleveland General Store. Located behind the post office is the Cleveland Volunteer Fire Department and the Cleveland Cemetery. Highway 95, which runs through Cleveland, connects the cities of Morrilton (Conway County) and Clinton (Van Buren County). There are two churches located in Cleveland: the Cleveland Baptist Church, and the Cleveland Church of God. == Education == Public education for elementary and secondary school students is provided by the Wonderview School District of north Conway County, which leads students to graduate from Wonderview High School in Hattieville, Arkansas, seven miles south of Cleveland on Highway 95. Wonderview, whose mascot is the Daredevils, competes athletically in the smallest division of public schools in Arkansas, Class A. The school does not have a football team, due to its small class numbers. The Daredevil boy's basketball team won the 2010 Arkansas Class A state championship. The Daredevil girl's basketball team won the 2012 Arkansas Class A state championship. Wonderview boys compete athletically in bowling, baseball, and track & field. Wonderview girls compete athletically in bowling, softball, and track & field. Matt Zimmerman, an assistant head coach for the men's basketball team at the University of Arkansas, is a graduate of Wonderview High.
